Despite popular belief, it's not just wealthy people and celebrities who hire wedding/event planners.  Anyone who's busy or who doesn't have a knack for organizing and planning is likely to ask for help.  On the other hand, some clients have time and are great coordinators, but prefer to let an expert handle the delicate details of their event.

 

2.  Are Wedding/Event Professionals expensive? 

One advantage to hiring a professional coordinator is saving money on vendors with whom the planner has a good working relationship. Event professionals can get discounts on printing, catering, entertainment, and much more! 

 

3.  What services do you offer?

Fairytales by Fatima® handles a surprising list of services!   Tasks include, organizing timelines, booking vendors and services, and the intricate details of planning events. We often times wear many hats, such as: etiquette advisor, director, coordinator, trend setter, problem solver, objective listener, as well as a sympathetic voice.  Our services are tailored specifically to each client!  Whatever your needs, we will provide!

5.  Is there a cancellation fee if I have to cancel my event?

Fairytales by Fatima® do not charge a cancellation fee, however, all deposits and/or payments are non-refundable should you decide to cancel your event for any reason.

 

6.  Is there a consultation fee?  If so, what does it cover?

7.  Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% deposit of your total cost is required upon signing the contract. This secures your event date and guarantees our obligation to you.

 

8.  How will I know what service is right for me?

During the initial consultation, Fairytales by Fatima® will sit down with you to discuss the specifics of your dream event. We also offer a variety of packages and services that can be customized to suite your needs.
